Trainee Recruitment Consultant / NVQ 3
FTE: £20,000 - £55,000
As a graduate / trainee consultant you will be trained and guided with a mixture of classroom and on the job training. You will learn how to understand your client and candidate’s needs, how to generate new business, advertising, interview techniques, screening and managing recruitment processes successfully.
